چکیده
Abstract Hastelloy C276 is widely used in the new generation of nuclear power plants, and hot deformation optimum way to form part. In this investigation, constitutive modeling alloy are researched, processing maps drawn. The results show that strain rate temperature have remarkable impacts on behaviors alloy. yield behavior flow stress predicted based Arrhenius equation, correlation coefficients 0.9613 0.9837, indicating high prediction ability established equation. Rising can decrease unstable area, studied be deformed at low rates. With increased rate, localization occurs, which not suitable for deformation.

A comparative study on constitutive modeling of hot deformation flow curves in AZ91 magnesium alloy
Modeling the flow curves of materials at elevated temperatures is the first step in mathematical simulation of the hot deformation processes of them. In this work a comparative study was provided to examine the capability of three different constitutive equations in modeling the hot deformation flow curves of AZ91 magnesium alloy. For this, the Arrhenius equation with strain dependent constants...
متن کاملDeformation Characteristic and Constitutive Modeling of 2707 Hyper Duplex Stainless Steel under Hot Compression
Hot deformation behavior and microstructure evolution of 2707 hyper duplex stainless steel (HDSS) were investigated through hot compression tests in the temperature range of 900–1250 ◦C and strain rate range of 0.01–10 s−1. The results showed that the flow behavior strongly depended on strain rate and temperature, and flow stress increased with increasing strain rate and decreasing temperature....
متن کاملMODELING THE HOT DEFORMATION FLOW CURVES OF API X65 PIPELINE STEEL USING THE POWER LAW EQUATION
Till now, different constitutive models have been applied to model the hot deformation flow curves of different materials. In this research, the hot deformation flow stress of API X65 pipeline steel was modeled using the power law equation with strain dependent constants. The results was compared with the results of the other previously examined constitutive equations including the Arrhenius eq...
متن کاملEffects of Carbon on the Microstructure and Hot Deformation Behavior
The effects of carbon content on the dynamic and static softening mechanisms of Ti microalloy steels were investigated both in ferrite and austenite regions. The results obtained showed that recrystallization rate decreased as the percentage of carbon content was increased from 0.0035 to 0.110. This is due to the Ti(CN) and TiC precipitates and also the free carbon content. In the ferrite reg...
